Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling and adherence to brand operational standards.
- Drive store sales performance and key performance indicators through effective execution of merchandising, promotions and omnichannel initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team; act as a role model to inspire high service standards and continuous learning.
- Ensure an exceptional and memorable customer experience, cultivating client relationships and managing the customer book.

- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays; fluent German is required and English language skills are advantageous.
