Role & Responsibilities
- Drive elevated customer experience and omnichannel sales using available tools and technology
- Lead and execute opening and closing duties, operational tasks, and day-to-day store management
- Mentor and coach team members on fashion trends, styling techniques, and selling approaches
- Develop and maintain a personal client book to generate repeat traffic and sustained engagement
- Ensure adherence to the highest customer service standards while exercising leadership and multitasking capabilities
