Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals while driving an elevated level of sales and service across all associates
- Assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating business results; lead by example in sales technique execution
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client book management and staff coaching
- Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively, including returns and merchandise issues
- Collaborate with Store Manager on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Oversee register usage and maintenance; execute cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash reconciliation
- Support staff training and development in all operational areas; participate in inventories
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives; ensure the selling floor reflects the correct brand image
- Process deliveries in a timely manner and communicate inventory needs to support business goals
- Recruit, train, and evaluate sales and stock supervisors; provide ongoing performance feedback
- Resolve human resources issues in partnership with HR; ensure adherence to image and grooming standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years retail experience
- 1–2 years specialty retail management experience
- In-depth product knowledge and strong understanding of fashion industry trends
- Proven ability to develop and coach sales associates
- Strong register and cash handling proficiency
