Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals and assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating business results
- Ensure an elevated level of sales and service is practiced by all associates; lead by example
- Develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates' sales techniques to maximize sales performance
- Ensure all sales-related policies and procedures are maintained and consistently implemented
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and develop product knowledge among selling staff
- Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends to inform merchandising and promotional strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within luxury fashion or comparable sectors
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving store performance
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with the capacity to develop and motivate team members
- In-depth knowledge of luxury product categories and customer service standards

Several years of progressive experience in luxury retail or fashion retail management, with demonstrated success in sales leadership and team development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail management certifications preferred.
