Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive personal and store sales performance; meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and support the store manager in business-result tracking and communication.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to maximize conversion, average transaction value and client retention; lead by example on the sales floor.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service and build repeat clientele through active clienteling and support of staff’s client book management.
  • Oversee daily store operations including cash control, register functions, bank deposits, petty cash, inventory participation and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance evaluation of store staff; ensure adherence to brand image and grooming standards.
  • Execute merchandising and visual directives to maintain a polished selling floor; process deliveries and communicate inventory needs promptly.
  • Resolve customer complaints and human-resources issues effectively, partnering with corporate HR when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the store manager on risk management, physical security and store cash controls; act as Offsite driver when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years retail experience with 1–2 years in specialty retail management.
  • Demonstrable leadership and coaching skills with experience managing supervisors and frontline sales staff.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proficiency in achieving sales KPIs and handling business reporting.
  • Excellent customer-service orientation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, register procedures, inventory controls and loss-prevention best practices.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Valid driver's license when Offsite driver duties apply.

Experience
