Role & Responsibilities
- Drive results and elevate customer experience standards within the store
- Lead and execute opening and closing duties and operational tasks
- Coach and develop store team on current fashion trends, styling techniques, and selling methodologies
- Build and maintain client book through establishing lasting customer relationships to drive traffic and engagement
- Ensure adherence to highest customer service standards while exercising strong multi-tasking and leadership capabilities
- Drive omnichannel sales utilizing all available tools and retail technology platforms

Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to meet flexible store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team members
- Energetic, motivated, and engaging brand ambassador with passion for fashion
