Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals while monitoring business performance metrics
- Ensure all sales associates maintain elevated standards of service and product knowledge
- Develop and refine personal sales techniques while coaching staff to maximize revenue generation
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client book management and staff mentorship
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with Store Manager on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory oversight
- Train and supervise all staff on point-of-sale systems, register management, and cash control procedures
- Participate in regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock control
- Execute cash management functions including bank deposits, safe fund reconciliation, and petty cash administration
- Oversee merchandising and visual standards implementation across the selling floor
- Ensure timely processing of product deliveries and identification of quality concerns
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of team members
- Maintain brand image and grooming standards across the store
- Support and facilitate training programs and professional development initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and customer service excellence
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash management
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities

Experience
Minimum 3 years in retail operations with 1–2 years in a specialty retail management capacity. Demonstrated success in multi-unit or high-volume environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or related coursework preferred.
