Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals and assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating business results
- Ensure elevated sales and service standards are practiced by all associates; lead by example
- Develop personal sales techniques and mentor associates to maximize revenue
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and foster continuous learning among selling staff
- Provide highest-level customer service and build repeat clientele through personal client engagement
- Resolve customer problems, complaints, and service issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with Store Manager on risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management
- Support staff training in register usage, cash control procedures, and operational systems
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives across the selling floor
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation align with brand standards
- Process deliveries promptly and communicate inventory needs to support business objectives
- Participate in inventory audits and stock reconciliation processes
