Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, cash controls and visual presentation.
- Lead by example to achieve personal and store sales targets while coaching associates to improve individual performance.
- Provide exemplary customer service; resolve complex client issues and cultivate repeat clientele through clienteling and follow-up.
- Oversee store operational controls: bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash, register functions and participation in inventory counts.
- Collaborate on loss prevention, physical security and risk-management procedures to protect store assets.
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives to ensure the selling floor reflects brand standards.
- Manage receiving and processing of deliveries, communicate inventory needs and report product concerns promptly.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training; evaluate associate performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure payroll integrity and compliance with company policies and support HR escalation when necessary.
- Maintain professional image and grooming standards consistent with the brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience, including 1–2 years in specialty or store management.
- Proven ability to drive sales and coach a high-performing retail team.
- Strong business acumen with experience in inventory control, cash handling and store operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and clienteling skills.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand image standards.
Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or specialty management role within a fashion or luxury retail environment.
Education
