Michael Kors (Capri Holdings) seeks Assistant Store Manager in San Antonio, TX to lead retail teams, drive omnichannel sales and deliver luxury service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and store KPIs by delivering an elevated, personalised customer experience and executing strategic selling initiatives.
- Lead and perform key opening, closing and daily operational procedures to ensure flawless store execution.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates in product knowledge, styling, clienteling and selling techniques to maximise performance.
- Build and maintain a client book by cultivating lasting customer relationships and proactively driving traffic and repeat business.
- Maximise omnichannel revenue by leveraging all available tools and retail technology to convert and retain clients.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, visual presentation and operational compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience coaching teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Proven aptitude for clienteling and relationship-based selling.
- Energetic, brand-driven ambassador with a keen sense of fashion and personal styling.
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of retail management experience with a track record of meeting sales targets, developing staff, and executing omnichannel initiatives; luxury or premium fashion retail background strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
