Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance by meeting targets, coaching the selling team and modelling best-practice selling techniques.
- Monitor and communicate business results and support the store manager in sales planning and KPI follow‑up.
- Ensure the highest standards of client service, develop and maintain repeat clientele through effective clienteling and assist team members with client book growth.
- Manage daily store operations including cash control, register management, inventory procedures, physical security and participation in stocktakes.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives to ensure the selling floor is organized and brand‑accurate; process deliveries and report product concerns.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of store staff; evaluate performance, provide feedback and liaise with HR for employee relations and payroll integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail — preferably within luxury, premium or designer brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing sales teams.
