Role & Responsibilities
- Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience and ensuring highest service standards
- Lead and execute opening and closing duties and key operational tasks with excellence
- Coach and develop team members on current fashion trends, styling techniques, and consultative selling
- Build and maintain a client book by establishing meaningful customer relationships to drive traffic and repeat business
- Support omnichannel sales initiatives by leveraging all available tools, technology, and merchandising strategies

Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience in a luxury or fashion-forward environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building client loyalty

- Experience with clienteling practices and relationship-building strategies
- Proficiency with retail technology platforms and omnichannel selling tools
Skills
Experience
3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is preferred.
