Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals and track business results
- Ensure elevated levels of sales and service excellence; lead by example and mentor associates
- Develop and refine personal sales techniques and coach staff on product knowledge and sales methodology
- Maintain compliance with all sales-related policies and procedures
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and foster merchandise expertise among selling staff
- Monitor fashion industry trends and market developments
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively
- Build and maintain repeat clientele using personal client relationship management tools
- Oversee cash controls, bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash procedures
