Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience and drive store sales performance.
- Lead and execute opening and closing procedures, daily operational tasks and loss-prevention protocols.
- Coach, mentor and develop store team members to improve selling skills, product knowledge and service standards.
- Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling, follow-up and appointment setting.
- Drive omni‑channel sales by leveraging digital tools, click‑and‑collect and other integrated retail technologies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory control to support commercial objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and deliver measurable results in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong clienteling skills with a track record of building lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least three years of progressive retail management experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion, demonstrating team leadership, sales growth and client relationship development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
