Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience and drive sales performance through exemplary client engagement.
- Lead and execute daily opening and closing procedures, cash-handling and store operational tasks with accuracy.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates on current trends, styling and selling techniques to build long-term client relationships.
- Build and manage a client book to generate repeat business and drive store traffic; execute clienteling strategies.
- Ensure adherence to brand service standards, visual merchandising directives and loss-prevention policies.
- Utilize omnichannel tools and store technology to convert sales and support unified commerce initiatives.
- Motivate the team, manage shift-level performance and support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams, with measurable results in sales and client retention.
- Customer service obsession with demonstrated selling skills and a strong sense of personal style.
- Technologically literate with experience using POS, CRM or clienteling tools and omnichannel retail processes.
- Energetic, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
At least 3+ years of progressive retail management experience, ideally within luxury, designer or premium fashion retail environments, with responsibility for team leadership, sales targets and client development.
Education
