Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals while tracking and communicating business results
- Lead by example in maintaining elevated sales and service standards across the team
- Develop personal sales techniques and mentor associates to maximize performance and revenue
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through effective use of personal client books and staff coaching
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues quickly and professionally
- Collaborate on risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management
- Train staff on register operations, cash control procedures, bank deposits, and safe fund management
- Participate in physical inventories and oversee merchandise processing and delivery
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and display standards across the selling floor
- Recruit, train, and develop sales and stock supervisors; provide ongoing performance feedback
- Ensure payroll integrity and resolve human resources matters in partnership with HR
- Maintain brand image and professional grooming standards among all staff members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- At least 2 years of specialty retail management experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong in-depth knowledge of fashion merchandise and market trends
- Proven customer service and client relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in register systems and cash management
- Leadership capability and conflict resolution skills
