Michael Kors Assistant Store Manager in Oberhausen (full-time, 40h/wk) — lead store performance and customer experience at Westfield Centro Oberhausen.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure efficient, structured store performance.
- Own and drive store sales performance and KPIs while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Lead, coach and develop the store team; act as role model and promote continuous learning.
- Expand and nurture customer relationships through active clienteling, customer-book management and memorable in-store experiences.
- Leverage omni-channel tools and technologies to maximise sales and conversion.

- Excellent communication skills; English language skills advantageous.
