Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience and achieve sales targets through exemplary client engagement and styling expertise.
- Lead and execute key opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks to maintain store performance and standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop the sales team on product knowledge, current trends, styling and effective selling techniques.
- Ensure consistent application of customer service standards while exercising leadership, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Build and maintain a client book to drive repeat business and client engagement, including outreach and booking initiatives.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available retail tools and technologies to convert and retain clients.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management or supervisory experience.
- Proven leadership ability with experience coaching and developing frontline sales teams.
- Strong clienteling capability with a demonstrable track record of building lasting customer relationships.
- Customer-service obsessed with a commercial mindset and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Technologically literate with a readiness to use retail systems and omnichannel tools effectively.

Experience
At least three years of progressive retail management or supervisory experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or fashion preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22 to CAD 24 per hour.
