Michael Kors is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Niagara Falls, NY. Lead store operations, clienteling and omni-channel sales at the Fashion Outlets ($26–$32/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and adherence to operational standards.
- Drive sales performance and KPIs by delivering an elevated, client-focused customer experience and coaching the sales team in styling and selling techniques.
- Develop and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling and relationship management to increase traffic and repeat business.
- Execute omni-channel selling strategies by leveraging available digital tools and company technology to convert demand and fulfil client needs.
- Coach, mentor and motivate staff to sustain high service standards, foster product knowledge and support individual development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven leadership and people development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrable clienteling and relationship-building capability.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak periods.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of progressive retail management experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with responsibility for team leadership, sales delivery and operational oversight.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Niagara Falls, New York, USA, with easy access to Buffalo.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 32 per hour.
