Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated client experience and drive sales performance across the store.
  • Lead and execute daily opening and closing procedures and ensure operational compliance.

  • Build and maintain a client book to increase repeat business and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Strong clienteling background with a demonstrated track record of building customer relationships.
  • Customer-service oriented with a passion for fashion and styling.
  • Technologically savvy with an aptitude for using retail and omnichannel tools.

Experience

At least 3 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail environments, with demonstrated success in sales leadership and client development.
