Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving store sales and achieving individual and store KPIs; lead by example on the sales floor.
- Coach, mentor and develop selling staff to elevate product knowledge, clienteling and closing techniques.
- Deliver exemplary customer service; resolve client complaints swiftly and maintain long-term client relationships using personal and team client books.
- Assist in daily store operations including cash control, register management, bank deposits, petty cash reconciliation and participation in inventories.
- Collaborate on risk management, loss prevention and physical security procedures to protect assets and ensure compliance.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives; keep the selling floor organised and ensure timely processing of deliveries.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management; ensure grooming and brand image standards are consistently applied.
- Monitor and communicate business results, identify inventory needs and relay product concerns to support commercial objectives.
- Assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager during their absence and perform offsite product transfers when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving service excellence.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Demonstrable knowledge of merchandising, inventory control and store operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional appearance aligned with brand standards.
- Valid driver's license preferred if required to perform offsite product transfers.
