Michael Kors seeks Assistant Store Manager in Mirabel, Canada. Lead retail operations, drive customer engagement, manage team in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive results through delivering elevated customer experience and building lasting client relationships
- Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks with efficiency
- Develop and coach team members on current fashion trends, styling techniques, and sales methodologies
- Build and maintain a client book to generate additional traffic and foster long-term customer engagement
- Drive omnichannel sales through utilization of all available tools and technology
- Ensure highest standards of customer service while exercising leadership and multitasking capabilities
- Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in fast-paced retail environment
- Support Store Manager in achieving business objectives and maintaining operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop
- Ability to handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment
- Clear visual assessment of merchandise and customer needs
- Clear written and verbal communication in both English and French preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant retail management experience in a luxury or premium retail environment. Experience in fashion retail, customer service leadership, and team development strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or relevant post-secondary education preferred.
Workplace
The role is situated in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada — conveniently close to Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 50,000 per annum.
