Role & Responsibilities
- Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience and maintaining highest service standards
- Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
- Foster and develop client relationships and build a client book to drive additional traffic and engagement
- Coach and mentor team members on current trends, styling techniques, and product knowledge
- Execute omnichannel sales strategies by utilizing all available tools and technology
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced store environment while multi-tasking with excellence
- Maintain flexible scheduling to meet store availability expectations, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail traffic periods
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Ability to meet flexible store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends, holidays, and peak sales days
Skills
Experience
3+ years of relevant retail management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with demonstrated success in customer engagement, team leadership, and sales execution.
