Role & Responsibilities

• Co-lead store operations and contribute to the development and execution of local business strategy to achieve sales and budgetary targets.
• Inspire, coach and develop the sales team to foster a culture of accountability, high performance and exceptional client service.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, driving daily selling activity and holding the team accountable for individual and collective goals.
• Analyze performance reports and retail KPIs to create and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage and maintain the client database and execute clienteling activities to deepen customer relationships and drive repeat business.
• Plan and support local customer events and promotional initiatives to generate additional revenue.
• Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and periodic full inventories and ensure compliance with loss-prevention procedures.
• Use company communication platforms effectively and act promptly on operational updates and directives.

Qualifications

• Proven retail and management experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience recruiting, training and developing sales teams.
• Proficiency using technology to support sales and client engagement (clienteling platforms, CRM).
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity interpreting retail KPIs and performance reports.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

Several years of progressive retail experience with supervisory or assistant management responsibilities; prior experience in flagship or high-traffic stores within the fashion or luxury sector is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
