Michael Kors seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Miami, FL to lead store operations, drive sales and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual standards and loss-prevention practices.
- Drive sales performance through inspirational client engagement, coaching on selling and styling techniques, and execution of merchandising strategies.
- Develop and mentor the sales team to deliver an elevated, consistent customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
- Create and grow a client book using clienteling best practices and proactive outreach to increase repeat business and store traffic.
- Leverage omnichannel tools and available technology to maximise sales conversion and fulfil operational KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing).
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; sponsorship cannot be provided.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to meet physical requirements: stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and operate point-of-sale equipment.

Experience
At least three years of progressive retail management experience, with a proven track record of coaching teams, driving sales and managing day-to-day store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion or a related field preferred.
