Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets through elevated, personalized client experiences.
- Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and day-to-day store operational processes, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop the store team on current trends, styling, selling techniques and clienteling practices.
- Build and maintain a client book to increase repeat traffic and lifetime value.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and retail technology to convert and retain customers.
- Manage multiple priorities with leadership, multitasking and a solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams and to motivate staff to achieve KPIs.
- Strong clienteling skills with demonstrated success building lasting customer relationships.
- Customer-service obsession with a demonstrable ability to sell, style and represent the brand.
- Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort using retail sales tools.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail management experience, ideally within luxury or apparel; proven track record in sales leadership, team development and delivering outstanding client experiences. Experience with new store openings is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail, fashion or related field preferred.
