Michael Kors seeks an Assistant Store Manager (Men's) in Leesburg, VA to lead store operations, clienteling and omnichannel sales at Leesburg Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and loss-prevention compliance.
- Drive sales performance through an elevated customer experience and active clienteling to build a proprietary client book.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets, maintain styling standards and deepen product knowledge.
- Execute omnichannel selling strategies and leverage in-store tools and technology to convert traffic and fulfil client needs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and showroom readiness to reflect brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant retail management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury apparel.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Fluent proficiency in English (reading, speaking and writing).
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak sales events.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role (stand and walk up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 lbs).

Experience
Three-plus years of progressively responsible retail supervisory or management experience, ideally within menswear or apparel, with demonstrated success in driving sales and developing teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or fashion preferred.
