Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual standards, inventory handling and point-of-sale activities.
- Drive sales performance by delivering an elevated, personalized customer experience and advancing omnichannel initiatives.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales staff to improve product knowledge, styling and selling techniques and to build long-term client relationships.
- Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling and outreach to increase traffic and repeat business.
- Manage staffing, scheduling and on-floor leadership during peak traffic periods, promotional events and holiday windows.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation and operational compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within fashion or premium retail.

- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak sales days.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing up to 8 hours, lifting up to 30 pounds, reaching, bending).

At least three years of retail management experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets, coaching teams and executing store operations—experience in fashion or premium retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
