Michael Kors seeks full-time Assistant Store Manager at Foxwoods with 3+ years retail and 1–2 years specialty management experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets while monitoring and communicating business results
- Lead by example to ensure all associates maintain elevated sales and service standards across the selling floor
- Develop personal sales techniques and mentor associate sales performance to maximize revenue generation
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client book management and staff client development
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues quickly and effectively, including returns and product concerns
- Collaborate with Store Manager on risk management, security protocols, store cash controls, and inventory management
- Train and support staff in register usage, cash control procedures, bank deposits, and petty cash management
- Participate in and support inventory counts and merchandise processing
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives to ensure the selling floor reflects brand standards
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales and stock supervisory staff
- Support payroll integrity and provide continuous feedback to staff for performance development
- Ensure brand image and professional grooming standards are adhered to by all team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience
- Demonstrated sales performance and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and cash control procedures
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
- Experience training and developing retail staff
- Ability to manage multiple supervisory responsibilities simultaneously

Experience
Minimum 3 years in retail operations with 1–2 years in a specialty retail management capacity. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of meeting sales targets, managing sales and stock supervisory staff, and maintaining strong operational controls in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or retail management certification preferred.
