Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve assigned KPIs through proactive selling, client engagement and promotion execution.
- Lead, motivate and coach the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and consistent brand standards.
- Implement merchandising directives and maintain visual standards to optimize product presentation and conversion.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, loss prevention and basic administrative tasks.
- Support recruiting, onboarding and performance management of store staff; identify development needs and deliver training.

- Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail, preferably in fashion, accessories or luxury segments, with hands-on responsibility for sales targets, team leadership and store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, business or hospitality is an advantage.
