Role & Responsibilities
- Co-lead all store operations with accountability for sales performance, customer experience and budgetary targets.
- Coach, inspire and develop the store team to create a high-performance culture and ensure consistent brand standards.
- Recruit and onboard talent; implement training plans to build skilled MK Ambassadors.
- Maintain visible floor presence and lead by example to drive conversion, average transaction value and client engagement.
- Analyse sales and KPI reports, develop action plans and monitor follow-through to achieve targets.
- Manage and grow the client database using clienteling apps and organise local customer events to generate incremental revenue.
- Ensure integrity of inventory control through regular stock counts and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Operate company communication platforms effectively and ensure timely execution of corporate directives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail and store-management experience with a fast-paced, customer-focused retailer.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop retail teams to deliver sales and service goals.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience using Retail KPIs to drive results.
- High level of organisational skill, attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Technology literate with practical use of clienteling tools and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
