Role & Responsibilities
- Co-lead store operations and collaborate with the management team to deliver business targets and operational budgets.
- Recruit, train and coach the store team to cultivate accountability, brand ambassadorship and high performance.
- Drive sales by leading from the sales floor, analysing performance reports and implementing targeted action plans.
- Manage and proactively use the client database and clienteling tools to deepen customer relationships and grow revenue.
- Plan and support local customer events and initiatives to generate incremental sales.
- Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual inventories and ensure loss-prevention protocols.
- Communicate effectively via company platforms and act on corporate updates and operational directives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail and management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capability.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and retail technology tools; comfortable with clienteling platforms and CRM databases.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and the ability to analyse performance metrics.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt in a dynamic retail setting.
- Fluency in English with clear verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams, meeting sales targets, executing operational plans and using CRM/clienteling to drive customer engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
