Role & Responsibilities

- Use company communication platforms and clienteling tools to implement corporate updates and maintain consistent client communications.

- Proven retail and people-management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrable leadership, coaching and collaboration skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance sales and the customer experience.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and reliable follow-up.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English with effective verbal and written communication skills.
