Role & Responsibilities
- Drive elevated customer experience and build a growing client book to increase store traffic and engagement
- Lead and execute opening and closing duties with attention to operational excellence and store standards
- Mentor and coach team members on fashion trends, styling techniques, and consultative selling approaches
- Foster client relationships and demonstrate exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities in a high-energy environment
- Utilize omnichannel tools and technology to optimize sales across all available platforms

Qualifications
- 3 or more years of relevant retail management experience

- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
Skills
Experience
3 or more years of retail management or supervisory experience in a fashion or luxury retail environment, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive sales results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business management or fashion retail is preferred.
