Michael Kors is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas to lead store operations, coach the team and deliver elevated customer and omnichannel experiences. The role requires 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, English proficiency and flexible availability for weekends, holidays and peak sales days; it is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive results by delivering an elevated customer experience.
- Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.
- Build customer relationships by developing and coaching the team in current trends, styling and selling techniques.
- Ensure the highest customer service standards while demonstrating effective leadership and multitasking.
- Build a client book by establishing client relationships that drive additional traffic and engagement.
- Drive omnichannel sales by using available tools and technology.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship or transfer is unavailable.
- Availability to meet store scheduling expectations, including a flexible schedule and work on weekends, holidays and high-traffic sales days, including the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve and Mother’s Day.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel and stoop.
- Ability to handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment.
- Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work in busy environments, including under bright lights, with music and during peak traffic hours.
