Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and loss-prevention protocols.
- Deliver elevated customer experiences by coaching the team in styling, selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Drive sales performance and KPIs through client acquisition, client book development and effective omnichannel execution.
- Recruit, mentor and develop sales associates to sustain high service standards and achieve business objectives.
- Use retail technology and available tools to maximise client engagement, follow-up and conversion.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably in fashion or premium/luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships (clienteling).
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability with experience supervising and motivating a sales team.
- Customer-service obsession with strong styling and selling aptitude.
- Flexible, entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Experience
At least three years of progressive retail management experience, ideally within a premium or luxury fashion environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales, coaching teams and building lasting client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail, business or fashion preferred.
