Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control and administrative tasks; assume full store leadership in the manager’s absence.
- Drive personal and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and coaching of the sales team to raise conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain exemplary customer service standards, handle escalated client issues and facilitate relationship-building through client books and repeat business strategies.
- Oversee operational controls: cash handling, bank deposits, safe management, register operations and participation in inventory counts and shrink prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of merchandising, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Exceptional customer-service and problem-resolution skills; ability to manage escalations with discretion.
- Ability to perform management register functions, execute cash-control procedures and participate in inventories.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to perform offsite product transfers when required (role-dependent).
