Role & Responsibilities
- Co-lead day-to-day store operations and contribute to the development and execution of a proactive local business strategy to meet sales and operational budgets.
- Inspire, coach and develop the store team to build a high-performance culture characterised by accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement.
