Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience and lead by example on the sales floor to meet store KPIs.
- Lead and execute key opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks with attention to loss prevention and merchandising standards.
- Coach, develop and motivate retail team members on selling techniques, styling and product knowledge to build long-term client relationships.
- Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling and outreach to increase store traffic and repeat business.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging all available tools and retail technologies to convert and fulfil customer demand.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop frontline retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building capability with a focus on service excellence.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and to perform opening/closing duties reliably.
