Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale operations.
- Drive sales performance through delivering an elevated customer experience and coaching the team on styling, product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Develop and maintain a client book by cultivating lasting customer relationships and executing clienteling strategies.
- Manage staffing and scheduling to meet store coverage needs during peak periods, holidays and promotional events.
- Execute omnichannel initiatives by utilising available retail technologies and sales tools to convert and fulfil orders.
- Support visual merchandising standards, inventory handling and loss-prevention practices to protect store assets.
- Motivate and develop team members, conducting on-the-floor coaching and performance feedback to foster career growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail events.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift) and to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Experience
At least three years of progressive retail management experience with proven capability to lead store teams, drive sales targets and manage daily store operations in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or fashion preferred.
