Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience and drive store sales, including omnichannel performance.
- Lead and execute opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates on product knowledge, styling and selling techniques to build client engagement.
- Build and maintain a client book to increase traffic and repeat business through proactive clienteling.
- Manage multiple priorities during peak traffic periods and ensure adherence to service and visual standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive retail management or supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, holidays and peak sales events.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching capability and a customer-focused sales track record.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of relevant retail management experience with demonstrated success in sales leadership, team coaching and client development in a fast-paced store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.

This position is based in Kanata, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Ottawa.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 25 to CAD 28 per hour.
