Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets and implement sales strategies
- Analyze and monitor sales figures and KPIs to drive business performance
- Ensure a premium shopping environment through outstanding customer service and expert product consultation
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base aligned with brand values
- Lead by example as a representative of the luxury lifestyle brand in a dynamic environment
- Motivate and continuously develop store personnel in product knowledge and sales techniques
- Set individual daily goals for sales staff to drive store performance targets
- Implement all visual merchandising standards and guidelines throughout the store

Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum three years of retail experience, including one to two years in store management
- Dynamic and motivating personality capable of conveying passion for the brand and products to customers and staff
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and willingness to take responsibility for business results
- Thorough knowledge of retail store operations and procedures
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage business performance through KPIs
- Fluency in English and German

Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience, with one to two years in a store management capacity. Demonstrated track record of driving sales performance, managing teams, and implementing retail best practices within a luxury or premium brand environment.
Education
