Role & Responsibilities
- Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience and executing effective day-to-day operational processes
- Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
- Foster customer relationships by developing and coaching team on knowledge of current trends, styling, and selling techniques

3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fashion luxury or contemporary brand environment with demonstrated success in driving sales, developing teams, and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
