Role & Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal and store-wide sales goals while tracking and communicating business results to leadership
• Ensure all retail associates maintain elevated standards of sales and customer service through coaching and leading by example
• Develop and refine personal sales techniques while mentoring associates in product knowledge and selling strategies to maximize revenue
• Build and maintain a robust client base through personal client book management and assisting staff in relationship development
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally, including managing returns and defective merchandise
• Oversee operational functions including risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management in collaboration with the Store Manager
• Train and support associates in point-of-sale system usage, cash handling procedures, and bank deposit protocols
• Participate in physical inventory counts and ensure accurate stock management
• Execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe fund management, and petty cash reconciliation
• Implement and maintain all merchandising and visual directives to ensure the selling floor reflects brand standards
• Ensure timely processing and proper shelving of deliveries while communicating product concerns to management
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of sales and stock supervisors
• Evaluate associate performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to drive results and engagement
• Maintain brand image standards and enforce professional grooming and appearance expectations across the team
• Assume full Store Manager responsibilities during planned absences or emergencies

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience
• 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate retail teams
• Strong sales acumen and track record of exceeding targets
• In-depth knowledge of fashion products and market trends
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail operations platforms

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail experience with 1–2 years in a specialty or multi-brand management capacity. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets, developing retail teams, and managing store operations effectively in a luxury or fashion retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or associate degree in business or related field preferred.
