Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the attainment of store financial objectives.
  • Lead by example to ensure an elevated standard of sales and client service across all associates; coach and develop selling techniques.
  • Monitor, track and communicate business results to the store leadership team; recommend corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including cash control procedures, bank deposits, safe management, petty cash and register functions.
  • Participate in and coordinate inventory counts, loss-prevention measures and inventory reconciliation.
  • Manage merchandising and visual directives: maintain organized, brand-compliant selling floor presentation and timely processing of deliveries.
  • Resolve client complaints and complex service issues promptly, and assist associates with returns, exchanges and product concerns.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation and ongoing training of store staff; provide continuous feedback to drive results.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on risk management, physical security and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise direct reports including Sales Supervisors and Stock Supervisors; provide scheduling, coaching and operational guidance.
  • When applicable, perform offsite product transport duties in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience with 1–2 years in specialty retail management or supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership and people-development capability with a track record of coaching sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proficiency in sales reporting, cash handling and basic inventory controls.
  • Excellent customer-service orientation with the ability to resolve complex client issues professionally.
  • High personal standards for presentation, grooming and brand representation.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record when role includes responsibility for offsite product transport.
