Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales to meet and exceed targets; track, monitor and communicate business results.
- Lead by example to ensure elevated standards of sales and customer service across all associates; coach and develop selling techniques.
- Build and maintain client relationships and repeat business through active clienteling and support of associates' client books.
- Manage operational controls including cash-handling procedures, bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash, inventory processes and participation in inventories.
- Support risk management, physical security and store cash controls in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Execute merchandising and visual directives; maintain selling floor presentation, process deliveries and communicate inventory needs.
- Recruit, train and evaluate store staff; support payroll integrity, performance management and HR issue resolution in partnership with People & Culture.
- Resolve customer complaints and product/service issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with 1–2 years in specialty management or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to coach a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
- Demonstrated competence in cash control, inventory procedures and basic loss-prevention practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage HR-related matters and maintain professional grooming and brand image standards.

Experience
At least 3 years of retail experience, including 1–2 years in a specialty retail management or assistant manager capacity with demonstrated success in driving sales and supervising staff.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 50,000 to CAD 60,000 per annum.
