Michael Kors seeks a Full‑Time Assistant Store Manager in Guam to lead store operations, coach teams and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience and consistently achieve store sales targets.
- Lead and execute opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks to maintain smooth store functioning.
- Coach, develop and motivate the sales team on trends, styling, and advanced selling techniques to build client relationships and a robust client book.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging digital tools, clienteling platforms and in‑store technology.
- Manage staffing, rostering and ensure appropriate coverage for weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Oversee merchandising standards, inventory control, loss prevention and store compliance with company policies and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the company is unable to sponsor visas.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proven leadership with strong coaching, people development and multi‑tasking capabilities.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays and high‑traffic retail events.

Minimum three years of progressive retail management experience with responsibility for leading teams, store operations, meeting sales targets and operating within an omnichannel retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
