Role & Responsibilities
- Drives store sales and KPIs through delivery of an elevated, client-focused customer experience.
- Leads and executes opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks to maintain store standards.
- Coaches and develops sales associates on product knowledge, styling, and effective selling techniques to build long-term client relationships.
- Builds and maintains a client book to increase traffic and repeat business through structured clienteling.
- Implements omnichannel selling strategies by utilising available digital tools and in-store technology.
- Operates point-of-sale systems and supports transaction accuracy, merchandising, and stock handling during peak periods.
- Ensures staffing and scheduling align with business needs, including weekend, holiday and peak-sales day coverage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and peak retail days.
Skills
Experience
Three or more years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion retail, with demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and meet store performance targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.
