Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance
- Support recruitment, training, and development of Michael Kors brand ambassadors
- Lead by example on the sales floor, driving sales results and holding the team accountable
- Analyze performance reports and implement corrective action plans to exceed targets
- Manage the client database proactively to enhance customer engagement and increase sales revenue
- Collaborate on local customer events and initiatives to generate additional revenue opportunities
- Ensure consistent client communication using all available clienteling tools and platforms
- Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual physical inventories
