Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales results through delivering elevated customer experience and client engagement
- Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
- Foster client relationships through developing and coaching team members on product knowledge and multitasking capabilities
- Build and maintain a client book by establishing and deepening client relationships to drive additional store traffic
- Drive omnichannel sales initiatives by leveraging available tools and technology
- Motivate and develop the store team to achieve strategic business objectives
- Execute effective day-to-day business and operational processes
